I have a new love

How can a piece of cookware make me so happy? For Christmas I got Joe a 6 3/4 QT Le Crueset Dutch oven. He wanted an enameled cast iron piece for quite sometime. I had always been afraid of the enamel. I thought it would be hard to clean and would stain. After making Christmas sauce and then sausage and peppers in his present - I was totally surprised at how easy clean up is. With my birthday just around the corner - I got my present today. A 5 qt brasier! I know, the simple pleasures in life!
